ELIGIBILITY

  • Articles purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  • Items must be present in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Fragrances are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGES


ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • An exchange request can be initiated via wecare@sapphireonline.pk or by calling +92(0)42 111-738-245 within 30 days of order delivery.
  • Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
  • SAPPHIRE will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).
  • Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
  • The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Fragrances are not eligible for exchange.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Articles purchased in-store may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from any SAPPHIRE outlet.
  • Proof of purchase— the original receipt/invoice must be provided
  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
  • Customers may exchange the article for:
    • Another article of equal value, or
    • An article of higher value by paying the difference.
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Fragrances are not eligible for exchange.

  • Reason for return and proof of defect/damage must be provided.
  • The product must unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact.

  • Once the product is received and verified, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online only.
